Richard Beckner is a healthcare attorney who initially represented payers for the first half of his career until discovering the real challenge (and fun) of obtaining payment for healthcare providers. Richard is licensed in West Virginia and Kentucky for all state and federal courts. He practices health law with a focus on transactional matters, compliance, reimbursement, contracts, and appeals with a particular focus on ERISA.
